I choose this as my self portrait because the message to me was powerful that even through all the division we have in 2017 the fact people just want to show everyone they are welcomed was something I rarely I see now.
The David Lynch film was a little different but I really liked how he never reveals the plot or at least makes it known cause it pushes your mind
